LEGISLATION

Matt’s vision to protect the New Hampshire Advantage. What makes District 30 different? We’re a seacoast border town with a nuclear power plant and a rock-solid conservative base located south of the first I-95 toll.

Issues:

Science, Technology, & Energy Policy – A Wild Gulf of Maine, A Nuclear NH

Seabrook Station

Every energy source is worth considering in the 21st century, but I oppose the industrialization of the Gulf of Maine. I support the exploration of small modular nuclear technology and importing oil & natural gas from PA into NH. 15 Minute Video Regarding Offshore Windfarms

Health, Wellness & Food Freedom: At Sea & Ashore

We only produce 15% of the food we eat in NH and the Gulf of Maine is much more viable as a food source rather than an energy source. Overregulation of American fisheries and private homesteads will impede the ability of the next generation to feed themselves for life and we should be creating a localized logistics network in NH. I support eliminating medical exclusionary zones, the legalization of direct-pay medical facilities and expanding Right-to-Try so we can have affordable health care in NH. I oppose vaccine mandates. It feels like we can’t escape the poison that seems to be everywhere in our environment – fluoride in the water, chemicals in the air, porn in our minds or hard drugs on our streets.  In other agricultural concerns, I support home grow, medicinal & decriminalization of cannabis as well as medicinal psylocibin.

Coastal Resiliency & Disaster Preparedness:

Mean Higher High Water is predicted to increase in the upcoming decades and with 2 FEMA declared flood disasters hitting the seacoast in 2024, I support Defend the Guard so every resource is available to our community along with pro-active infrastructure resilience improvement.

The Family:

The Nuclear Family is the center of civilization, and right now if feels like we need to rebuild the West house by house. Marriage is an institution created by God & I support restoring the primacy of marriage and family and intergenerational wealth and care as the foundational unit of the polity – because family is the origin of what we have in common, and the purpose of that thing we call society. And without that commonality – we have nothing in common in a polity. Politics is a discussion of survival and reproduction and 50% of the country has been brainwashed into anti-reproductive & self destructive ideas. We used to teach men to be men and women to be women, we need a return to normalcy – there are only two genders and men do not belong in women’s athletics. I will continue to support the formation of a House Special Investigative Committee, with full subpoena power for the investigation of abuse at Family Court and DCYF. Please sign the petition. I support abolishing Family Court. I oppose MAID and understand that life begins at conception. It is inconclusive how popular the current abortion law is in NH.

The Nation:

Warning out of town: The national territory is the property of the nation and access to American culture is not a human right. If America is just an idea, you wouldn’t have to travel here to become an American, you could just go to a library. Diversity is not a strength – individuals and groups are unequal in ability, potential, experience, and circumstance & victims of illegal alien violence can no longer be ignored.

Demographics are destiny; the land belongs to whoever is willing to fight for it,  and a country that does not enforce it’s borders is no longer a country. If someone aides a foreign power to invade their own nation, this is called treason, so why do we tolerate those who endorse and facilitate mass immigration? I support the repatriation of illegal aliens in the United States to their homelands, as well as an immigration moratorium. I support our Northern Border Alliance. I oppose sanctuary cities, NWO/UN Agenda 2030, Sharia Law, selling land to the Chinese and I will refuse any offers of AIPAC funding.

Federalism:

Government is a social construct, and is only as good as the quality of the people it represents. The Federal government is a creation of the several States and it’s time to de-politicize, professionalize, and shrink the Continental Government in D.C. to it’s original purpose of Defense, Guarantee of a Republican Government and Rule of Law by Natural Law, Insurance, Trade Policy, and Resolution of Disputes between the States. I will work to optimize existing government bodies and cut unnecessary government spending. Liberty is a much needed ingredient in order to enable cultural flourishing in the face of the largest government w/the largest debt in history.

Let the American Nations bloom; as a supporter of self-determination and state sovereignty, I believe that Nullification and Interposition are the best tactics for enforcing federalism between D.C. and the states when disputes arise. I am a member of the Tenth Amendment Center. I oppose selective service compliance and generally oppose an Article V Convention of States, but believe it’s still a worthwhile debate.

The Militia:

The West is defined by the Militia of Sovereign Men. New Hampshire has been ranked as the #1 firearms friendly state. Let’s keep it that way. I oppose any attempt at gun control and Red Flag Laws. Our district borders a state that is not 2A-Friendly, and I believe that the stewardship of the 2nd Amendment, as well as the entire Bill of Rights – is not a negotiation. I would love to see our state get an ammunition plant. I am a lifetime member of both the NRA and the 2nd Amendment Foundation & I have received ratings of A(q) with the NRA and A*S from NH Firearms Coalition.

The Market

As your State Representative, I will continuously work to protect our NH Advantage and will always oppose a sales or income tax and will always work to keep NH tax free. If the government is still taking money out of your paycheck – it hasn’t shut down. Assessments and valuations are through the roof and we must lower property taxes and I will oppose any attempt at a sales, income, or a re-introduction of the Interest & Dividends Tax. I support the right to work, lowering the Business Enterprise Tax (BET), and I also believe there are good arguments on both sides of the Housing/Zoning reform debate. Inflation is a form of taxation & we must enact comprehensive economic, financial, retirement reforms restoring the emphasis of policy and economy to the interests of the laboring, working, middle, and upper middle classes and ending predatory disparities in returns on citizenship. I oppose affirmative action. The government should not be bailing out or subsidizing corporations that make poor business decisions and I support competing currencies (including cryptocurrency), sound money, and a public bank for NH. I oppose Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) and yes, we must End both the Fed & the IRS. I have received a “Gold” score from Granite State Taxpayers.

The Academy & The Public Square

Quote Originally from George William Francis Butler in “Charles George Gordon”

Education, not indoctrination. The innocence of children must be protected at school and I believe that parents are the ultimate arbiters of the type of education their children should receive, whether it be public, private, or homeschool. I was once a public school substitute teacher and believe that adherence to a one-size-fits-all educational system hampers student performance & growth. We still don’t know the long terms effects the shutdowns had on students and the “march through the institutions” has certainly left it’s mark on higher education. Having become a politically correct society of “commentators” and “content creators” – I support developing the trades & I believe a quality primary & secondary education should concentrate on promoting the academic achievement and personal responsibility of students by training the whole person in physical fitness, mindfulness, manners, ethics, and basic life skills including basic finance, contracts, family, economics and business, so that we are all prepared for the current world. Additionally, the 1st amendment enables us all to have continuing education in the public square, allowing us to hear opinions that may displease us, up to and including “hate speech”, which is free speech.
